Final Sale & Returns

All sales are final once payment is processed. Due to the nature of fragrance, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damages, Leakage & Shipping Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your package arrives with leakage, damage or any issues related to the bottle or packaging, you must contact me within 48 hours of receipt. Claims reported after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review or resolution.

To help me assist you quickly, please include clear photos and/or video of the issue including the outer packaging and the affected item. This timeframe helps ensure concerns can be addressed promptly and fairly.

Promo Codes

Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been completed.

Order Changes

If you need to add items or make changes to your order after checkout, please email me within 48hrs of placing your order. Changes must before your order has been processed and are subject to availability.

Checkout Notes

Notes left at checkout are not viewed until order processing begins. For time-sensitive requests, email is the best way to reach me.

Processing & Communication

Orders are processed five days a week. Messages are responded to during standard business hours and business days. I am closed on weekends and holidays.
